Jennifer Watson Bowman, 58, of Athens, TN passed away Monday, August 18, 2025.

Jennifer loved her family, especially her grandbabies. The most important thing to her was family time.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dearl and Dorotha Watson; sister, Debbie Watson.

She is survived by her daughter, Alexis Bowman and significant other, Luke Akens; son, Brian and Ashley Bowman; grandchildren, Ethan Bowman, Caliee Bowman, Brooklyn Bowman, Trenton Akens; great-granddaughter, Wrenely Bowman.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Brandon Wilcox officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Saturday, August 23rd for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.
