Jeretta June Shirk Moses, 77 of Benton, TN passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Health Care Center of Standifer Place, Chattanooga. She was born in Vonore, TN, raised in Englewood, TN and moved to Polk Co., TN in 1968. She was a daughter of the late Clayton K. and Helen Fay Shirk of Madisonville, TN. She worked at Polk County School as a cafeteria worker and went to Mountain View Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Taylor Moses of Benton, TN; brother, K.T. Shirk of Madisonville, TN

Survivors include her husband, Reed V. Moses of Benton, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Reeda and Ricky Richeson of Soddy Daisy, TN; son's and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Bobby and Tricia Moses, Gary and Shawn Moses all of Benton; grandchildren, Ricky Lynn and wife, Emily Richeson, Joshua Reed Richeson, Chris and wife Tayler Moses, Brianna and fiancée Keith, Bailey, Logan, Selena, Alicia, Breaden, Chastity, Mandy Moses all of Benton, TN; great-granddaughter, Baili Richeson of Chicago IL; sisters and brother-in-law, Barbara and Amos Martin of Madisonville, and Johnnie Middleton of Englewood, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ross and Barbara Shirk of Niota, Troy Lee and Patsy Shirk of Athens, TN, Tony and Lois Shirk of Madisonville, Jerry and Connie Shirk of Englewood, TN; nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 24, 2017 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Pete Morgan officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the funeral home and proceed to McMinn Memory Gardens for the 10:30 a.m. committal service.
