Jerril Juanita "Granny" Perian, 70, of Etowah, died Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, at Etowah Health care Center. She was born Dec. 30, 1941, and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. A daughter of the late Dave and Stacy Brannon, she was preceded in death by one sister, Alice Lingerfelt; and one grandson, Josh Moses. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Larry Waters of Etowah; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Roger and Sheree Constant and Edward Constant, all of Delano, and Steven and Terri Perian of Etowah; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Brannon and Ed Wright, Brenda and Ed Nichols and Geneva and Brent Ridge, all of Etowah; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Randall Brannon of Etowah, and Chester and Janie Brannon of Athens; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Mark Hensley officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Delano Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
