Jerry Lee Barker, 69, of Etowah, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 1, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Jerry retired from Olin Chemicals after 43 years of employment; and also worked for Bookouts Tire and Lube.

Preceded in death by his parents, Robert "Bob" and Mary Barker; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Bobby and Ann Barker, Paul Barker, Norman and Pat Barker all of Etowah; sister and brother-in-law, Geneen and Bill Pitchford of MI; infant sister, Mary Elizabeth Barker.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Sandy Barker; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Brandi Barker, Brooke and Josh Newman, Shannon and Josh Landers; three grandchildren who he loved dearly, Jenna Landers, Jacob Newman and Nolan Newman; one sister-in-law, Brenda Barker

Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, June 4 ^th at Bordwine Funeral Home. Masonic service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 5, 2020 in the chapel of the funeral home with funeral service to follow. Rev. James Staton and Rev. Herman Jordan will officiate. Interment will follow the service to New Zion Cemetery.

Tommy Bookout, Robert Bookout, Don Barker, Greg Harbison, Hoyt Jamerson and Chad Reese will serve as pallbearers.
