Jesse Wayne Frazier, 88, of Etowah, TN went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Etowah Health Care Center. Wayne retired from Bowater as a chemist after 25 years of employment. He served in the US Navy/Air Force and was a member of the Masonic Lodge 653 he also coached the girl's basketball in Benton for several years. He was a son of the late Walter Edwin Sr. and Cora Estell Frazier.

Preceded in death by his wife, Paula Frazier; parents, listed above; brothers, Edwin and Bill Frazier; sisters, Ruby Kirkland and Lou Wilbanks.

Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Jean and David Frazier of Knoxville, TN; several nieces and nephews; and a loving and caring caretaker for 8 years, Patti Lowe.

The family appreciates Etowah Health Care for the love and care that they gave to Wayne, especially the employees of B Hall.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. Jack Bryan officiating. No visitation will be held.
