Jimmy Ray Dills, 79, of Etowah, TN passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016 at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home. He was a son of the late Mitchell and Myrtle Ozell Dills and a member of Cambria Baptist Church. He retired from Bowater, where he had worked for many years; and retired from the National Guard.

Preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Dills; son, Terry Dills; and parents, Mitch and Ozell Ball Dills

Survivors include his grandsons, Beau and Braden Dills; daughter-in-Law, Kristi Dills; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jerry Wright; brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Claudine Dills; several nieces, nephews and special friend, Jo Triplett.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Rowland officiating.

Family will receive from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at McMinn Memory Gardens, Thursday, January 14, 2016 for the 2:00 p.m., committal service with Military Honors.
