John William Hyatt, 56, of Etowah, passed away Monday, January 19, 2015 at Erlanger Medical Center. Preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Grace Hyatt.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hyatt; son, Wesley Hyatt and daughter, Allison Hyatt, all of Etowah, TN; sisters and brother-in-law, Linda Vanhook of Paris, TN, Barbara and David Webb, Debbie Robb of Franklin, NC; brother, Harold McGaha of Lenoir City, TN; step-mother, Fannie Mae McGaha of Franklin, NC.
Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m., Friday at the funeral home and proceed to New Bethel Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.
