Joshua "Joshi" Lee Freeman, age 3, of Cleveland was ushered into heaven by a host of angels Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at TC Thompsons Children's Hospital in Chattanooga from over a year long battle with Hepatoblastoma cancer. He was the son of Timothy and Nadene Freeman. Our Joshi was a true, valiant warrior and fighter during his battle with cancer. So many lived were touched by Joshua during his short stay here on earth. Joshua is now resting pain free in Jesus' loving arms. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Jeff Freeman, and a cousin, Jared Bean. Survivors include his father and mother, Timothy and Nadene Freeman of Cleveland; grandparents, Otis and Mary Bean of Chattanooga, and Jack and Donna Freeman of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Englewood with the Rev. Chad Denton and Mark Hensley officiating. Burial will follow the service at Delano Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday, May 14th at Bordwine Funeral Home in Etowah, and again from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service.
