Keith Mitchell, beloved daddy, brother and friend, 77, of Etowah, died Thursday, May 24, 2012, at Woods Memorial Hospital. He was a member of New Providence Baptist Church and was a 32nd degree Mason. A son of the late Stanley "Duck" and Annie Morris Mitchell, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Nicky and Phil Mitchell; and one sister, Joanne Snyder. Survivors include two sons, Keith "Duck" Mitchell Jr. and David Nance; two daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Dwight Graham and Pam and Barry Caspari; one sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Ivan Snyder; one brother-in-law, Mike Snyder; one uncle, Clarence Black; many grandchildren, Mitchell Graham, Philip McConky, Gent and Sydnie Smith, Kayla and Brock Mitchell, Kelly and Stevie Nance, Sean and Shannon Owens and Joshua and Jessica Caspari; several great-grandchildren; and several close cousins. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at New Providence Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Webb officiating.
