Larry Douglas Tullock, 86, of Etowah, TN, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Doug was a lifelong resident of Etowah; he was a graduate of Etowah High School and retired from Bowater and Bargain Barn, Inc. He was a member of Wesley Memorial Methodist Church and a member of Rotary Club and the Lions Club.

Preceded in death by his 1 ^st wife, Carol Durant Tullock; son, Durant Tullock; parents, English Pierce Tullock and Grace Jeanette Payne Tullock; brothers and sisters, Carroll Lee Tullock, Lillian Cunningham, Mary Ella Rudder, Dorothy Stillwell, English Pierce "Jake" Tullock, Billie Lou King, Ailene Barber, and Jim Tullock.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Tullock; sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. William "Bill" Tullock, Michael and Susan Tullock, Larry and Beth Tullock, Sandra Tullock; step-daughters, Kim (Terry) King, Leslie Kincaid; grandchildren, Nathan Tullock (Jessica), Marissa Tullock, Lacie Simonton (Kyle), Robbie Tullock (Sarah), Brandon Tullock (Laura), Alex Tullock (Bobbie), Nicholas Tullock and Haze Geren; five great-grandchildren, Karaline, Trotter, Julia, Marti, Elitsa.

A Masonic service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 11, 2022 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. John E. Pennington officiating.

Interment will follow the service in Williamsburg Cemetery.

No formal visitation will be held.
