Larry C. Wayt, Sr., 74, of Englewood, passed away, Friday, September 21, 2012, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was retired from Cummings Engine Company and was a big fan of West Virginia football. He enjoyed sports, wood working, and spending time with his family and friends. He was the youngest son born to Earl and Wilma Lee Powers Wayt, on May 7, 1938 in Moundsville, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, listed above; son, Thomas S. Wayt; two brothers, Earl Wayt, Jr. and Charles Wayt; and a one sister, Donna Wayt. On December 20, 1958, in Newark, OH, Joanna (Durdon) Wayt, the woman he so adored and loved became his wife. He was the proud and loving father of, Mark (Mary) Wayt of Plymouth, NC, Larry (Mary) Wayt of Indianapolis, IN, Kathy (Robert) Holley of Kokomo, IN, and Ronald Wayt and Matthew Stille of Ellettsville, IN; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a brother to his surviving siblings, Ron Wayt of Bloomington, IN and Shelley Howell of Newark, OH.By his request, no service will be held.
