Leslie Faye Mayfield, 70 of Etowah, TN passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Skyridge Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Henry and Ella Farr.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Mayfield of Etowah, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Debbie Black of Spanish Fort, AL; daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and lee Vaughn of Colorado Springs, CO, Ellen and Jimmy Summars of Cleveland, TN, Jackie and Glen Textor of Hammond, IN; step-son, Doug Mayfield of Etowah, TN; step-daughter, Kim Watson of Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Matthew Black, Nichole Black, Jenna Vaughn, Kristen Vaughn, Corey Summars, Mason Textor, Sadie Textor,

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April, 19, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Jimmy Jackson and Pastor Gary Higdon officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April, 18, 2015, in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. Interment to follow service at Green Hill Cemetery.
