Linda Joyce Raper, 77, of Etowah, TN passed away on Saturday, March 08, 2025.

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Joyce, a cherished mother, grandmother, friend and the unwavering rock for all who knew her. She left us to join the angels, leaving behind a legacy of wisdom, love and immeasurable strength.

Preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie "Cotton" Raper; parents, Clifton Bradley and Willie Ruth Blackwell; Siblings, Barbara Harrill, Peggy Curtis, Willie Blackwell and Patricia Blackwell.

Survivors include, her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Denise Raper; grandsons and spouses, Dustin Raper and Nicholas and Camryn Raper; sister, Sherry Price; brother Bobby Blackwell; niece, Bianca Williams.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2025, in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday prior to the service.

Interment will follow the service in Etowah Cemetery.
