Lora Marie Foster, 90 born in McMinn County on June 17, 1928 passed away on January 15, 2019 at Life Care Center of Athens.

She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Lillie Buckner Foster.

Preceded in death by 5 brothers, Rual, Luther, Lester, Fate and Johnny Foster and 1 sister, Dorthey.

Survivors include 2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Leon Roberts, Lee Roy and Janice Foster of Athens; 2 daughters, Judy GoForth of High Point, NC, Pauline Roberts; 2 grandsons, James Foster of Athens, Troy Lee Foster of Cleveland.

The family would like to thank the nurses and aids from the unit at Life Care Center of Athens.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 in Conasauga Cemetery with Rev. Joe Hatcher No formal visitation will be held.
