Marcia Ann Chastain, 78, of Delano, passed away, on Friday, August 19, 2011. She was a resident of Delano,and live in Polk County most of her life. She is a daughter of the late Hugh Morris and Reba Alley Hunt McClary. She was a member of Wetmore Baptist Church, a graduate of Polk Co. High School and Tennessee Wesleyan College. She is preceded in death by her husband, Garvin Chastain; parents, listed above; 2 brothers Robert B. McClary and Austin McClary. She is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Kent Chastain M.D. and Sherry Wooden, of Cleveland, Russ and Jenny Chastain, of Delano, Abe and Rhonda Chastain, of Madisonville; 7 grandchildren, Melissa and Husband Josh Stone, of Delano, Rusty and Lee Ann Chastain, of Cleveland, Loren Chastain , of Delano, Jason and Ashli Schwerdtfeger, of Knoxville, Brandon Lynn, of Maryville, Kadyn Chastain and Hailey Lynn, both of Madisonville; 3 great-grandchildren, Blake and Ashlyn Stone, of Delano, Brinlee Schwerdtfeger, of Knoxville; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Frank "Punk" and Jackie McClary, of Etowah. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at Wetmore Baptist Church with the Rev. Edward Earl officiating. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2011 in the South Chapel, of Bordwine Funeral Home. Interment to follow the service,at Benton Memorial Gardens. Rusty Chastain, Jason Scherdtfeger, Brandon Lynn, Josh Stone, Stephen Farr and Larry Sloan will serve as pallbearers. Contributions may be made to Wetmore Baptist Church building fund, P.O.
