Marcia Key Millard, 68, a lifelong resident of McMinn County, went home to Jesus on Saturday December 14, 2019 at NHC Nursing Home.

She was born in Athens on November 24, 1951. Marcia was a member of Clearwater Baptist Church in Athens. She retired from Athens Utilities Board where she had worked almost 30 yrs.

She is preceded by her parents L.C. and Hazel Hughes Key.

Marcia leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 50 years, William "Billy" Millard.

Children and spouses: Sheila (Rohn) Latimer, Brian (Missy) Millard, and Jim (Brandy) Millard.

Grandchildren and spouses, Grant Montgomery, Stephen (Katie) Montgomery, Elizabeth (Dakota) Dubois, Autumn and Ashley Millard, Marshall and Maverick Millard.

Great-grandchildren: Deven Swafford, Eli Montgomery, and Malayna Montgomery.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Clearwater Baptist Church in Athens, TN with Rev. Martin Bowlin officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service at the church.
