Margaret Bright, 93, of Etowah, TN passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023.

She taught Sunday School at Mars Hill Methodist Church several years ago. She loved to sing.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willis Bright; siblings, Oscar Smalling, Rosa Bivens, Ralph Smalling, Ray Smalling; daughter, Linda Pease.

She is survived by her siblings, Ronald Smalling, Roy Smalling, Gladys Matoy, Sue Kirkland, Lowell Smalling, Bulah Faye Spurling; children, Donald Bright, Alice Evans, Roger Bright; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2023 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Womac officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service.

Interment will follow the service in Mars Hill Cemetery.
