Margaret Camillia Carver, 85, of Englewood, TN passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at Life Care Center of Athens. She was a daughter of the late William and Lou Brenice Payne Melton and a Member of Land's Chapel Church.

Preceded in death by her husband, Doyle "Doc" Carver; son, Gary Stephen Smith; parents; listed above, 3 brothers, William E. Melton, Glenn Melton and Walter Scott Melton; and sister, Jeanette Smith.

Survivors include daughter, Rhonda Miller of Englewood, TN; son and daughter-in-law,Tim and Meredith Carver of Etowah, TN; grandchildren, Tyler Miller, Korbitt and Sophie Carver, Kyle Smith and Christy Elmore; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Emma Elmore; several nieces and nephews; and close family friend, Dianne Kinser.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Kincannon will officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 26, 2015 and go in procession to Land's Chapel Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. Committal service.

Tyler Miller, Tim Carver, Kenny Carver, Jerry Wattenbarger, Larry Moses and Greg Earps will serve as pallbearers. Joe Guy and Matt Blair will serve as honorary pallbearers.
