Obituary
Maria Esmeralda Cortez, seven-month-old infant daughter of Angel Cortez Frausto and Herminia Martinez Castaneda of Etowah, TN gained her angel wings on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
She is survived by her loving parents, Angel and Herminia, brothers, Eli Gower, Kevin Cortez, Angel Cortez and Sebastian Cortez; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Although Maria was small, she was mighty and will be greatly missed by all.
