Martha Woody, 86, of, Etowah, TN, won her heavenly battle with Alzheimer's, on Friday, February 11, 2022.

Preceded in death by her parents, Walter, Jr. and Gene McClure; sister, Edna McClure; and brother, Edward McClure.

Martha enjoyed playing the piano and organ.

She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Lester Woody; sons and daughters-in-law, Tony and Charlene Woody, Terry and Maureen Woody, Tim and Suzie Woody; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Christine McClure; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 14, 2022 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Johnson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Monday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 15 ^th at the funeral home and proceed to McMinn Memory Gardens for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.
