Obituary
Marty Dale Patterson, 50, of Etowah, died Friday, February 12, 2010 at his residence. A native of Monroe County, and resident of McMinn County for the last 20 years, he was a son of the late Clyde and Syvilla Davis Odem and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Patterson of Athens; two sons, Tim Patterson of Etowah and Daniel Patterson of Athens; one daughter, Samantha Patterson of Athens; 7 grandchildren; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and special friend, Tammy Lloyd.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
