Mary Hazel Duckett, 66 of Delano, TN passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015at her residence. She is the daughter of Angelee Watson Blankenship and the late Ralph Blankenship and was a Charter Member of Solid Rock Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Duckett; father, Ralph Blankenship; and 2 children, Lebron and Rachel Duckett.

Survivors include her daughter and fiancé, Sarah Duckett Sprague and Bruce McMinn of Etowah; grandson, Anthony Sprague of Etowah; mother, Angelee Watson Blankenship of Englewood; sister and brother-in-law, Eldon and Connie Everhart of Delano; 3 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law, Larry and Robyn Blankenship of Athens, Steve and Lisa Blankenship of Maryville and Pat Blankenship of Englewood.

A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Delano Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Leamon officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home.
