Maxine Jones, 88, of Athens, TN passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at NHC Heath Care of Athens. She was a Member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and the Ladies Adults Sunday school class.

Preceded in death by her husband, Roy Jones.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Michelle Vincent of Riceville, TN; grandsons, Nick Vincent of Athens, TN and Austin Vincent of Riceville, TN; nephew, Brian Nelson of Sweetwater, TN; niece, Cindy House of Pennsylvania; special family, Danny and Linda Moore of Riceville, TN, Melasawn, Amanda, Tyler and Joshua Knight of Riceville, TN; and her 2 Boxer Bulldogs: Dude and Lady.

Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Justin Brown officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble Friday, April 17, 2015 at Sweetwater Memorial Park Cemetery for the 12:00 noon committal service.

Austin Vincent, Nick Vincent, Joshua Knight, Tyler Knight, Cody Casteel and Nolan Triplett will serve as pallbearers.
