Michael Odoran Crockett, 86, of Englewood passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 surrounded by his family.

He retired from Lockheed Martin after 32 years of service.

He enjoyed farming, gardening, and raising cattle. After his retirement he took up flea marketing. He loved life, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Crockett; parents, William and Bula Sue Crockett; and sister, Ella Crockett.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Lara Crockett; daughter, Crystal Cox; grandchildren, April Cox, Logan Crockett, and Tyler Crockett; great grandchild, Yasmine Abboud; sister, Nona Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to America Legion of Etowah Post 0011 c/o Wes Teague at 358 Co. Rd. 656 Athens, TN 37303.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Bordwine Funeral Home.
