Michelle Ann Tucker Croft, 39, of Decatur, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at her residence. Born Aug. 10, 1972, she was a native of McMinn County, and had lived in Meigs County for the past 12 years. A 1992 graduate of McMinn Central High School, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floyd and Corda Tucker, Joe Stafford and Red and Margaret Smith. Survivors include two sons, Austin Croft and Chase Debusk, both of Decatur; her parents, Roe and Kitty Tucker of Englewood, and Dema Tucker of Georgia; four sisters, Janie Tucker of Georgia, Melanie Miller of Chattanooga, and Christi Monroe and Blair Haney, both of Englewood; her grandmother, Mary Jo Stafford of Riceville; special friends, Lori Aly of Etowah, and Penny Veals of Decatur; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Thursday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Jason Crandall officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home and will proceed to Conasauga Cemetery for the 11 a.m. committal service. Pallbearers will be Josh Tucker, Jason Tucker, Matt Tucker, Daniel Tucker, Zane Gross and Jeremy Rogers. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
