Loving father and husband, Neal H. DiGennaro, of Riceville, TN, passed away at 8:02 p.m. on April 12, 2013 in Memorial Hospital of Chattanooga, He was of the catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Florence; two brothers, Salvatore and Gerard, one sister, Florence, and one granddaughter, Rebecca Elise Panek. He is survived by his wife, Carol, and his seven children and spouses, Tammy and Jim Setzer, of North Carolina; Mary Theresa and Joseph Seig, of Indiana; Florence and Roland Scott, deployed in England; Salvatore and Wendy DiGennaro, of Alabama; Anne Marie Sparks, deployed in Germany; Sharon and Michael Emard, of Florida; Bernadette and Akram Kuhail, of Riceville, TN; father, Salvatore DiGennaro, of Florida; five brothers, five sisters, and twenty-one grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., May 11, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 12921 East Madison Ave., Athens, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at www.stjude.org or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
