Obituary

Patricia Ann Patrick, age 92, of Plano, Texas, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away after a long illness, to the caring arms of the Lord on Monday, May 11, 2026. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Conley and Ruby Isenhower. Pat was married to Donald Patrick for 60 joyous years before he passed away in October 2014. She and Don graduated from Etowah High School in 1951 and Tennessee Wesleyan College in 1953. After college, Pat worked as a secretary at Oak Ridge National Laboratory until 1959, when she became a stay-at-home mom to raise her two children. In 1987, Pat was hired as Activities Secretary at First Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas, and stayed in that position until she retired in 1998. She and Don had a happy retirement, vacationing with friends in Angel Fire, New Mexico, spending time with relatives at the family farm in Calhoun, Tennessee, and taking many trips across the U.S. in their travel trailer, with her beloved sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and John Austin. Pat was a committed Christian, serving in her church and outside groups in various roles, including a Sunday School teacher and Bible Study Fellowship leader, and showing Christ’s love to all around her. She was a member of Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas.
