Paul Derrick "Dough Belly" 72 of Englewood, TN passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at his residence.

Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Velma Derrick; sister, Brenda Derrick; and father-in-law, Archie Blair.

Paul retired from Johns Manville after 38 years of employment. He enjoyed hunting, family, friends, mowing and helping the community. He was a deacon at First Baptist Church of Englewood.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Derrick; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Michael Stephens, Kristin and Lee McCormack; grandchildren, Jakob McCormack, Ashlynn Stephens, Kameryn Morgan and spouse, William, Mattie Stephens, and Jaxon McCormack; mother-in-law, Betty Blair; in-laws and their spouses, Roger and Janice Masingale, Steve and Kay Blair.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 16th at the First Baptist Church, Englewood with Pastor Russ Maples officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 17th at the funeral home and proceed to Mars Hill Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.

Jakob McCormack, Michael Stephens, William Morgan, Lee McCormack, Jaxon McCormack, Gabe Masingale, Samuel Masingale, Cole Masingale will serve as pallbearers.

Roger Masingale will serve as honorary pallbearer.
