Peggy Delores Chaney, 80 of Loudon, formerly of Sweetwater passed away peacefully Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the home she shared with her granddaughter and great-granddaughter. She was a daughter of the John and Mary Kate Constant.

Preceded in death by her husbands, John Morgan Collins Jr. and HL Chaney; daughter, Cynthia Collins; great-grandson, Joseph Dalton Collins; parents, listed above; brothers, Raymond Constant and Jim Constant.
Peggy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to sew, craft and did alterations for many people in and around the Monroe County area. She is dearly loved and will be missed.

Survivors include her 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Debbie Collins Mitchell and Carolyn Collins; 4 grandchildren and their spouses, Amanda Collins, Jason and Kara Collins, Morgan and Amanda Henry Collins, Megan and Zach Thurman; 7 great-grandchildren, Emma, John, Auri, Olivia, Anna, Cynthia and Alexus; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold and Elise Constant, Bill and Diane Constant, Ed and Janet Constant; 2 sisters and brother-in-law, Dee Constant Miller, Brenda Kay and Richmond Wilson; several nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Patsy Dotson.

Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, December 22, 2016 and proceed to Green Hill Cemetery for the 10:00 a.m. graveside service with Pastor Jeff Waldrop officiating. No formal visitation will be held
