Phillip Kelly, 76, of Etowah, TN passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Born and raised in Chattanooga, he was a lifelong Tennessean who valued learning, creativity, music, and the outdoors. He attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and, in his free time, enjoyed reading and art. Music held a special place in his heart, as he was also a talented musician.

An avid outdoorsman, he found great joy in camping, hiking, and spending time in nature. He will be remembered for his love of music, creativity, the outdoors, and the many interests that made him unique.

He was preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Carr Kelly; parents, Phyllis and John Kelly.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tana Logan Kelly; son, Joshua Kelly; daughter-in-law, Jessica Holcombe; grandchildren, Kahner Gray, Divahna Kelly, Harlow Kelly, Kamison Gray; sister and brother-in-law, Bonny and Tom Aaron; aunt and uncle, Gayle and Doyle Boring; several other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Conasauga Cemetery (252 County Road 876, Englewood, TN 37329) at 3:00 p.m., Friday, October 2, 2026.
