Randy Bowman, 61, of Athens, TN passed away Friday, November 28, 2025.

Randy loved his family. He was a hardworking and devoted father, grandfather, and friend. Randy never met a stranger and was willing to help anyone, never asking anything in return.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Dois Faye Bowman.

He is survived by his son, Brian and Ashley Bowman; grandchildren, Ethan Bowman, Caliee Bowman, Brooklyn Bowman, Alexis Bowman and significant other, Luke Akens; grandchildren, Wrenely Bowman and Trenton Akens; sister, Donna Bowman; brother, Terry Bowman; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30, 2025, in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Brandon Wilcox officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.

Family and friends will assemble at New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Monday, December 1st for the 11:00 a.m. committal service
