Raymond "Steve" Knox, 77, of Etowah, TN passed away Monday, June 9, 2025.

He retired from the McMinn County Highway Department after 30 years. He enjoyed racing and farming.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Juanita Knox.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Knox; son, Rusty and Tammy Knox; daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Jeremy Young, Tiffany and Mark Beaty; grandchildren and spouses, Wesley and Annie Green, Payton Green, Whitney Green, Brooklyn Stinnett, Brittany and Spencer Rudd, Bailee and Matthew Reed, Preston Beaty, Kennedy Beaty; great-grandchildren, Gracie Green, Wiley Rudd, Cooper Reed; sisters and brother-in-law, Delinda and Dale King, Barbie Knox; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 13, 2025 in McMinn Memory Gardens with Rev. Richard Whitehead officiating.

No formal visitation will be held.
