Ronald "Shane" Moore, 56, of Etowah, TN passed away Friday, June 9, 2023.

Shane loved and cherished his family and was of the Baptist faith. He was a past-employee of Sea Ray Boats and retired from Bepops. He had a passion for American muscle cars and loved life on the lake. To know Shane was to love Shane. He is very loved and will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald "Ronnie" Moore; paternal grandparents, George and Bell Moore; maternal grandparents, Leslie and Virgie White; lifetime friend, Everett Mashburn.

He is survived by his loving wife, Melanie Moore; mother, Judy Moore; children, Koty Moore and Brittany Oetting; step-sons, Chris and spouse, Jenny Parker, Cody and Ashley Hurst; grandchildren, Logan Oetting, Bella Adams, Dawson Hurst, Emmet Parker, Elijah Moore, Bradley Parker, Daxton Hurst; siblings, Dawn and Travis Moon, Kami Moore; several aunts uncles, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in Macedonia Cemetery with Pastor Tiffany Aikman officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Koty Moore, Cody Hurst, Chris Parker, Logan Oetting, Ray McDonald, and Johnny Long will serve as pallbearers. Tony Cook, Pete Witt, and Scott Givens will serve as honorary pallbearers.
