Ronnie Cook, 63, of Calhoun, TN passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Starr Regional Medical Center of Etowah. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam and was a son of the late Ray and Juanita Cook. He is preceded in death by his parents, listed above and brother, Raymond Cook.

Survivors include wife, Judy Cook of Calhoun, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Cameron, Isaac, and Caleb Cook all of Calhoun, TN, Scott and Carol Cook of Stevensville, TX, Dustin Cook and Teresa Caruso of Etowah, TN, Johnny and Nova Pickett of Las Vegas, NV, and Sean and Mandy Pickett of Flintstone, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Shannon Cook McNish of GA and Rhonda and James Whaley of Athens, TN; grandchildren, Austin Lankford, Meagan Webster, Danielle Littleton, Faith Marney, Lindsey Pickett, Ben Pickett, and Jessica Pickett; brother, Gary Cook of Friendsville, TN; and great-grandchildren, Fletcher and Owen Stephenson.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 27, 2014 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Cheatham and Pastor Robert Sneed officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, October 26, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment to follow the funeral Monday at McMinn Memory Gardens with military honors. Gary Cook, Dustin Cook, Andrew Becker, Johnny Pickett, Sean Pickett, and Scott Cook will serve as pallbearers.
