Ronnie E. Duff, 72, of Englewood, passed away on Sunday morning, August 27, 2017, at his residence. A lifelong residence of McMinn County, he was a son of the late Ruel and Louise Duff. He was a member of Englewood Church of God and retired from being a truck driver for over 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his half-brother Ruel Duff, Jr. and half-sister Betty Derrick both of McMinn Co.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia "Pat" Padgett Duff of 56 years; Two sons and two daughters-in-law, Mike and Regina Duff, Chris and Kayla Duff all of Englewood. Grandchildren, Brandon Duff, Tasha Duff and Derrick Alston, Destiny Call Duff, Brandon and Kylie Lynn, Dakoda Evans, Bradley Coffey, Aaliyah Coffey, BreAnna Lynn and George Morris. Several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank his special care taker, Regina Duff for taking care of Ronnie for the past three years. If it wasn't for her, the family wouldn't have had the extra time they had with him. She was truly the angel on his shoulders. At Ronnie's request, no visitation will be held. Family and friends will assemble at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and proceed to Sunrise Cemetery for the 1:30 p.m. Graveside Service with Pastor Scott Cardin officiating.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Derrick, Brandon Lynn, Travis Rogers, Kevin Parsons, Chris Duff, Mike Duff, Brandon Duff.
