Ronnie D. Moses, age 63 of Englewood, TN, passed away peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at his residence. He was the late son of Sam Houston and Ellen Moses. Ronnie worked for 40 years for the L&N Railroad and then the CSX Railroad. He is preceded in death by his parents, listed above; sister, Martha Jo Moore; brother, Curtis Moses; special brother-in-law, Art Kross. Ronnie was a beloved coach to many little league baseball players in the Englewood area.

Survivors include wife of 39 years, Nanette Louise Gowin Moses of Englewood, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa Erin and Terry Hottinger of Kailua, HI; son, Seth Allen Moses of Madisonville, TN; grandson, Jaxon Hottinger; brothers and sisters-in-law, Daryl and Rachel Moses of Englewood, TN, Leonard and Carol Moses of Vonore, TN Carl and Eva Moses of Englewood, TN, Troy and Mary Lou Moses of Englewood, TN; sisters and brother-in-law, Alice Kross of Charleston, TN, Polly and Jack Walker of Englewood, TN.

Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2017 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Randall Bates officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday, prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Sunrise Cemetery for the 1:00 p.m. committal service.
