Ruby Lee Herron Jenkins, 98, of Etowah, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at McMinn Memorial Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Cena Herron. Ruby was a member of Delano Baptist Church and owned and operated Jenkins Food Market for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Lamar Jenkins. She was the last of 7 siblings.

Survivors include daughter; Wanda Lillard of Delano, TN, grandsons and spouse; William "Marty" and Lynnette Lillard of Conasauga Community and Drew Lillard of Delano, TN, great-grandchildren; Terra and Josh Caughron, Yovani Lillard, Taylor Lillard Tanner King, Shelby Lillard, special sister-in-law; Lillie Mae Herron.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2014 at Green Hill Cemetery with Rev. Edward Earl officiating. Family will meet at the cemetery, no formal visitation will be held.
