Ruby Wilma Newberry, 83, of Etowah passed away Friday, August 16, 2013 at Woods Memorial Hospital. A Daughter of the late George Webb and Minnie Madelyn Ball Webb Burger and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her Husband, Mark Newberry; and parents, listed above. Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Cecelia Susan and Charles C. Moffat of Etowah, TN and Cynthia Alice Newberry Aldridge of Decatur, TN; Sons and daughter-in-law, Michael P. and Nancy Newberry and Marty Vincent Newberry all of Etowah; Grandchildren, Holly Carolee Moffat Sewell and Sarah Elizabeth Aldridge Price; great-grandchildren, Charles Christian Sewell, Joshua Clyde Price, Jacob Mark Price and Jade Elizabeth Price; brother and sister-in-law, George Edward and Alma Webb of Englewood; sister, Nancy Richardson of Albemarle, NC. Private Graveside Funeral service will be held Monday, August 19, 2013 in New Bethel Cemetery with Pastor Donald Harris officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
