Ruth Ann Hall Goforth, 80, of Etowah, TN passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019.                                                      She was a daughter of the late Oscar and Stella Victoria Hall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius "Dude" Goforth; brothers, Willie, Wayne, Kenith and A.B. "Bud" Hall; sisters, Grace Hall Rymer, Blanch Hall White, Ruby Hall White, Maggie Hall White, Betty Hall Goforth, Billie Hall and Cloty Hall White.

Survivors include brother, Maxie Hall of Etowah, TN; daughters and sons-in-laws, Judy and Rick Thornburg of Cordova, SC, Brenda and Mike Darnell of Delano, TN, Tina Goforth and William Bonham of Delano, TN, Linda and Earl Carney of Marrayville, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Tom, Tony and Steve Goforth all of Etowah, Bobby Goforth of Bamberg, SC, Scotty and Janelle Goforth of Bamberg, SC, Jackie and Betty Goforth of Delano, TN, Mike and Renee Goforth of Delano, TN, Andy Goforth of Delano, TN; 12 grandchildren, Tammy Perian Grice, Johnny Perian, Billie Jo Gunter, Adam Goforth, Rebecca Blackwelder, Jesse Vallentine, Macy Vallentine, Zachary Bonham, Jeremy Goforth, Dillion Goforth, Savannah Goforth and Heather Goforth; 9 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Greasy Creek Baptist Church with Mark Hensley officiating. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Greasy Creek Cemetery.
