Ruth Kilpatrick Rogers, age 93 of Etowah, TN, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018. She was a daughter of the late William Fred Kilpatrick and Lillie Talitha Crawford Kilpatrick and was preceded in death byher husband of 67 years, Thomas Leroy Rogers. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Etowah. Ruth loved her family, her church, and her gardens.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and David Mantooth of Calhoun, TN, son and daughter-in-law, Don L. and Sherry Rogers of Loudon, TN, three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, one great, great-grandchild, three brothers, sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in McMinn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Allan Lovelace officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the General Fund of the First Baptist Church of Etowah, 824 Washington Ave., Etowah, TN 37331.
