Ruth Brock Wall, 104, of Englewood, TN, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023.  She was born May 19, 1919. She was the daughter of Poley and Pearl Patterson Brock and lived in McMinn County her entire life.

She was a talented seamstress, china painter, quilter, and gardener.  A member of Zion Hill Baptist Church, she taught Bible classes and organized Christmas play and VBS for many years.  She loved God, her family, and her church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Russell Wall; daughter, Betty Priest; brother, Bud Brock.

Survivors are daughters and son-in-law, Marianne Coltharp, Jannie and Sudhir Mendiratta; son-in-law, Hoyl Priest; grandchildren and spouses, Annette and Stanley Weaver, Tammy Branham, Patrick and Missy Priest, Kimberly and Todd Henderson, Suneel and Mary Ellen Mendiratta, and Sudave Mendiratta; great-grandchildren and spouses, Ian Weaver, Hannah and Justin Shephard, Patrick Priest, Hunter and Sydney Priest, Garrett Priest, Caroline Henderson, Chloe Henderson, and Solomon Mendiratta; great-great grandchildren, Hailey Weaver and Thomas Shephard; and many special friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 8th in McMinn Memory Gardens with Pastor Justin Brown officiating and special music by Jeff Raper.
