Shirley Ann DeVault, 58, of Etowah, TN, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Skyridge Medical Center in Cleveland, TN. She was a native of Piqua, OH and a resident of Etowah for the past 6 years. She was a daughter of the late Lester and Juanita Smith and is preceded in death by her parents, listed above.Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Walter DeVault of Etowah, TN; 2 daughters, Tina Myers of Englewood, TN and Rhonda Tipton of Athens, TN; 2 sisters, Linda Welbaum and Rita "Jeanie" Smith both of Piqua, OH; 4 grandchildren, Victoria Myers, Alan Myers and Maddisin Scherer all of Englewood, TN and Makenna Tipton of Athens, TN.Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Vic King officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Saturday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, June 3rd and proceed to New Bethel Cemetery for the 2:00 p.m. committal service.
