Obituary
Thurman Buff Jr. age 79 of Englewood, TN died Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Woods Memorial Hospital. Thurman was retired from TVA and served in the Marine Corps for 3 years. He was also an avidoutdoorsman. A son of the late Thurman Ed and Cora Lee Hightower Buff.
He is preceded in death by his mother listed above. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Jo Buff; sons and daughters-in-law David and Debbie Buff of Athens, Keith Buff of Englewood, Mark Buff of Athens, Van and Sandra Buff of Englewood, Eric Buff of Athens; Daughter and son-in-law Crystal and Sean Rose of Austin, Texas.
Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 2012 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, at Sunrise Cemetery for the committal service. Sons and Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
