Timothy L. "Tim" Buckner, 52, of Etowah passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at CHI Memorial Hospital.

He served four years in the military. He was a Ferrier for many years shoeing horses all over the country.

Preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Myers Buckner; paternal grandparents, Emma and Henry Buckner; maternal grandfather, Edward Myers; son, Timothy Blake Buckner; and brother, Billy Harold Buckner.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle White Buckner; son, Jordon Buckner, who is taking after his father by serving in the U.S. Navy and daughter-in-law Christina Bucker; grandsons, Austin Buckner and Atticus Harold Buckner; father, Harold Buckner; grandmother, Dollie Myers.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Shady Grove Cemetery with Pastor Anthony Wynn officiating.
