Tonia "Ricki" Wolters, age 85, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 at Woods Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Winterwijk, Netherlands and a resident of Englewood, TN for the past 22 years. Ricki was a member of Mars Hill United Methodist Church and a daughter of the late Dirk and Naatje Wijma. She is preceded in death by her parents, listed above. Her survivors include her husband, Jack Wolters of Englewood, TN; son, Jerry Wolters of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Yvonne Opezzo of MI; grandchildren, Jerry Wolters, Jr., Paul Opezzo, and Mark Opezzo; great-grandson, Bryce Opezzo; and sisters-in-law, Joann, Maartj, and Annie Wolters all of Canada. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m., Sunday, November 17, 2013 in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble Monday, November 18th at Mars Hill Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m., committal service. Donations may be made to Mars Hill Cemetery Fund, C/O Eugene Kelley 496 Co.
