Tony Curtis Perkins, 62 of Etowah, TN passed away on Wednesday December 14, 2016 at Starr Regional Medical Center of Athens.

He was a son of Marie Farmer Perkins and the late Floyd Perkins. Tony attended the Tri County Center.

Preceded in death by his father, Floyd Perkins; sister, Donna Perkins; uncles, James Perkins, Earl and Charles Farmer; aunts, Wanda Perkins Corn and Rachel Randolph and Regenia Moates; and cousin, Georganna Corn;

Survivors include his mother, Marie Farmer Perkins; brother, David Perkins; aunts, Estelle Baggett of Ypsilanti MI, Lillian Jeralds of Etowah and Shirley Coates of Modesto, CA; uncle, Donald Perkins; very special aunt, Reba Perkins; and several cousins and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday December 17, 2016 at McMinn Memory Gardens with Rev. Mark Wade officiating.
No formal visitation will be held.

Ricky Perkins, Dale Perkins, Dale and Kim Rymer, Sarah Rymer, Randall and Michelle Woods, Jared Perkins and Becca Woods will serve as pallbearers.
