Walter Edwin "Ed" Frazier Jr., 89, of Etowah, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Woods Memorial Hospital. A native of Ellijay Ga., and a resident of Etowah for most of his life, he was retired from Bowater and was a son of the late Walter and Cora Frazier. He was a member of North Etowah Baptist Church and was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lora Frazier; and two sisters. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Terry Campbell and Marianne and Jim Rogers, all of Kennesaw, Ga.; one son and daughter-in-law, Edwin and Dawn Frazier of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Wayne Frazier and Bill Frazier, both of Etowah; one sister, Jean Frazier of Knoxville; grandchildren and one spouse, Allison Campbell Harp and her husband, Brady Harp, Patrick Campbell, Liza Rogers, Harrison Rogers, Jackson Frazier, Lora Frazier and Sarah Frazier; and several nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Pierce officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Green Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O.
