Wayne Burchfield, 68 of Reliance, TN passed away Friday April 5, 2019. He was retired from the CSX railroad.

Preceded in death by parents, father Floyd Burchfield mother and step-father Velma and Baxter Hall; brother, Dennis Burchfield; first wife Janice Burchfield; second wife Ruth Burchfield.

Survivors include 2 sons Tommy and Brian Burchfield; daughter Wendy Burchfield; sister, Betty Jean Armstrong; brother, Ronnie McCloud; sister-in-law Pam Burchfield of Benton; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other extended family. Special friends and care givers Joey and Bridgette Hammons, Angie Vaughn, Patsy Lawson and Marvin Morgan, Joe Colbentz, Roger Taylor and Joseph Harold Webb.

At his request there will be no services held.
