Wayne Michael Moses, 82, of Etowah, beloved husband, father and grandfather, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 27, 2012. Born August 26, 1930, he was a native of McMinn County and lived here most of his life. He was a 1949 graduate of Etowah High School, served in the United States Army, and was retired from Safeway. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Oral Moses, parents William Foster and Maggie Crockett Moses, brothers and sisters-in-law Reese and June Moses, James and Katherine Moses, sister and brother-in-law Vida Mae Moses & Lawrence Segretto and several other half and step brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Betty Clendenen Moses, daughter Sally Moses Anguiano, granddaughter Lenette Moses, grandsons Jesse Wayne Anguiano and William Oral Anguiano. He is also survived by brothers & sisters-in-laws: Ray Clendenen of Athens, Harry & Shirley Clendenen of Cleveland, Peggy Clendenen Gaston, Clayton & Bobbie Clendenen and Charles Rayburn, all of Etowah. Nephews and nieces: Charles Clendenen, Lisa Clendenen McBride, Lori Clendenen Weber, Greg Rayburn, Kamy Rayburn Gamble, Edwin Clendenen, Greta Clendenen Fanning, Gena Clendenen Boland, Geoffrey Clendenen, Ritchie Gaston, Dana Gaston Watson and Doug Clendenen and several great nieces and nephews. The family would like to especially thank Angela Snyder for her love and support. Pallbearers will be Clayton Clendenen, Harry Clendenen, Greg Rayburn, Ritchie Gaston, Tim Gamble and Joseph Gamble. There will be no formal visitation. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Green Hill Cemetery with Military Honors.
