She was a daughter of the late Arthur and Jeanette Hutson Bowers. She is preceded in death by her parents, listed above; her husband, Floyd Eugene McLemore; daughter, Janet Bledsoe; two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Martha and Gary Self of Tunnel Hill, GAand Rhonda Mechille Brown of Old Fort, TN; one son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Linda Bledsoe of Cleveland, TN. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 3, 2012, in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, August 4th at Bordwine Funeral Home and proceed to Mars Hill Cemetery for the 10:00 a.m., committal service.
